Refund Policy

Warranty

The products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from

the date of delivery. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear. The Seller shall, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the Purchase Price of any product found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period.

Risk and Title

The risk in the products shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery. However, the title in the products shall

not pass to the Buyer until the Seller has received payment in full for the products.

Inspection Upon Delivery

-Upon delivery of the products, the Buyer shall have a 12-hour inspection period to thoroughly

inspect the products for satisfaction.
-If, within the 12-hour inspection period, the Buyer determines that the products do not meet the

agreed specifications or are otherwise unsatisfactory, the Buyer must promptly notify the Seller in writing, detailing the specific concerns or discrepancies. Failure to provide such notification within the 12-hour inspection period shall be deemed acceptance of the products by the Buyer.

-After the expiration of the 12-hour inspection period, no claims can be made against the product, except in the case of a manufacturer's defect as stipulated in the Warranty clause of this disclosure.
